After a young man known as Jay loses the little that he has, he meets a strange old man who offers him a job that sounds too good to be true. However, out of desperation, Jay accepts. As he settles into his new life at the Manor Detective Agency, things seem to be going well. However, a fateful meeting with a young lady named Emerald leads Jay into investigating a case involving hundreds of missing persons. A case that will force him to face the past he was trying so hard to leave behind.
